We build extraction models to verify Dk & Df. The TV boards were developed by our SI group and these are correlated against simulation results. These values are then used in our SI and PCB tools.
Typically the actual TV data shows a 5% to 10% delta of performance reduction over vendor published data.
We review different suppliers materials, as we see a difference on where the material comes from.
