We have traditionally focused on Signal Integrity, Design, Assembly and Test of High Speed Backplane systems, supplying a wide range of industries. Our main manufacturing facilities are located in Changzhou, China & Mexicali, Mexico, but we can also leverage Assembly opportunities across Amphenol’s global manufacturing footprint.
We provide a set of resources, capabilities & tools that are unique in the backplane industry. We can support development programs early in the system concept / simulation stage, at mechanical and signal layout, and later providing DFM / DFT feedback on full turnkey design to Backplane assembly and test. ABSI can also develop the product into a vertically integrated system solution for OEM customers.
Several of our High Speed backplane customers have required Passive Assemblies & Hybrid Backplane products from ABSI. These products make up a growing portion of the overall product portfolio.
